SCHOOL-BASED MANAGEMENT

LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE
This principle encompasses the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal base from properly planned projects, programs and activities by providing guidance and direction under good and effective governance.
Principle II
CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION
​This is the principle that covers any undertakings at school focusing on education itself which seeks to research, develop, and implement curriculum base on the present situation and arising needs to ensure pupils' good performance and increased achievements.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
This principle is anchored on the development of school accountability led by the different stakeholders towards continuously improvement through proper management of structures and mechanisms and conduct of enhancement of school plans which are responsive to the emerging learning needs and demands of the community.

MANAGEMENT AND RESOURCES
This principle explains the efficient and effective development and utilization of school's resources in any form in the accomplishment of any school programs, projects and activities with the conformity of the community.
